Job Summary
Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Process Development for rotor assembly and related applications. Lead process development and industrialization initiatives, develop and qualify manufacturing processes (torquing, balancing, induction heating, rotor lathe, grind), and drive standardization and continuous improvement. Mentor engineers, implement lean manufacturing principles, and coordinate hand-offs to production while ensuring safety and quality. Requires on-site work in Greenville, US, with export-controlled information access.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
- OR High School Diploma / GED with 10+ years of equivalent experience AND Minimum of 8 additional years of experience in Production Process and Equipment (e.g., Gas Turbines, Aerospace, Steel Manufacturing, or Heavy Industrial)
- Ability and desire to work on site in a manufacturing environment
- This role is restricted to U.S. persons (i.e., U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and other protected individuals under the Immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3)) due to access to export-controlled technology
