Job Summary
Senior Starlink PCBA manufacturing engineer responsible for owning and managing PCBA production processes for in-house manufacturing, driving high-volume PCB production, managing new product introduction with design engineers, applying process capability analysis and Gauge R&R, and implementing improvements for safety, efficiency, and manufacturability. Work includes documenting procedures, tracking WIP and defect rates, identifying improvement opportunities, providing design-for-manufacturability feedback, rectifying SMT issues, and driving corrective actions. Requires a Bachelor's in engineering and 5+ years in manufacturing/SMT/PCB domains, along with IPC standards knowledge, SQL and Python skills, Six Sigma experience, and ability to travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering, SMT, accelerated testing, design for reliability, or PCB design and layout
