Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Machining

Senior Manufacturing Engineer - Machining leading development and optimization of manufacturing processes for machining, including production flow, assembly methods, and equipment selection to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness while meeting product specifications and quality standards locally and globally. Responsibilities include policy and procedure improvement, tooling and equipment design and cost justification, data analysis and reporting to drive process improvements, creation of detailed work instructions and procedures for local/global sites, technical support for complex manufacturing operations, safety/compliance oversight, and facility/layout planning. Mentorship and training of production staff, handling special projects, and contributing to continuous improvement with strong project management, CAD/CAM tooling and SAP experience; requires a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering and 5 years (or 9 years) of relevant experience; compressed Monday-Thursday shift; authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship; location: Graniteville, SC.
