Job Summary
Support manufacturing performance, process capability, and equipment reliability by deploying automation solutions and optimizing processes, tooling, and controls. Troubleshoot process and equipment issues using structured problem-solving and data analysis while partnering with cross-functional teams to implement compliant manufacturing solutions. Lead technical projects from concept through implementation, ensuring risk management and timely delivery of Quality System deliverables such as CAPAs and change controls. Champion environmental, health, and safety excellence by integrating regulatory requirements into equipment design and operations.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Process, Automation, or a related Engineering discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 4 years' engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment
