Job Summary
Senior Manufacturing Associate (Nights) at Lonza in Portsmouth, NH. Responsible for leading downstream manufacturing processes including chromatography and filtration, ensuring cGMP/GDP compliance, reviewing batch records and deviation investigations, mentoring associates, and supporting continuous improvement on a 12-hour night shift (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) on a rotating schedule; onsite role focusing on purification operations, equipment troubleshooting, and collaboration across production areas.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- One or more years of downstream bioprocessing experience
- Knowledgeable in purification processes and filtration
- Strong understanding of cGMP, documentation practices, and process flow
- Experience training or mentoring team members in a manufacturing environment
- Strong communication skills, including technical writing and collaboration
