Job Summary
Understand stakeholder needs and meet with product design teams to define testing parameters. Write test plans, create cases and procedures, and generate bug reports and final QA reports. Manage test data architecture, troubleshoot errors, and streamline procedures while validating code through data, functional, performance, usability, and accessibility testing. Provide validation for cloud migrations and ensure systems remain secure against threats. Document environment states, perform gap analyses, and engineer solutions to improve DevSecOps processes. Mentor junior members and present status updates to drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a U.S. government Security Clearance
- Bachelor's degree and 10+ years total experience
- Master's degree and 8+ years of total experience
- Associate's degree and 12+ years of total experience
- No degree and 14+ years of total experience
- 5+ years of experience with Git SCM providers such as GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket
- 5+ years of experience with one or more programming or scripting languages
- 5+ years of application DevSecOps experience with development experience in an Agile environment
- Experience developing and deploying containerized applications using Docker and orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes
- 3+ years of experience with performance and load testing
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications: CAST (Certified Associate in Software Testing)
- Certifications: International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certification
- Certifications: Certified Manager of Software Testing (CMST)
- Certifications: DHS Trusted Tester Certification (TTv5)
- Experience with documenting an as-is state of the environment, perform a gap analysis, and produce artifacts that articulate options and recommendations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills
- Experience with Salesforce
