Job Summary
Develop detailed test plans and cases in TestRail while identifying and tracking defects in JIRA to ensure web applications meet quality standards. Execute cross-browser and device compatibility testing alongside UI/UX validation to verify alignment with design specifications. Leverage AI tools for test case generation and synthetic data creation to optimize cycles, while maintaining basic automation awareness within Agile/Scrum environments. Requires 5+ years of manual testing experience, proficiency in JIRA and TestRail, and knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Offers hybrid work, health insurance, and visa sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BSc in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5+ years' experience in manual testing of web applications
- strong grasp of end-to-end software QA methodologies, processes, and standards
- Hands-on experience using JIRA for ticket tracking/defect lifecycles
- Hands-on experience using TestRail for test suite management and execution
- Openness or hands-on experience using AI capabilities to assist with test scenario drafting, edge-case generation, or test data creation
- Strong familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Exceptional attention to detail
