Job Summary
Senior Manager of Data Insights leads a data-analytics function to transform complex data into clear, strategic KPIs and executive-level insights. Responsibilities include managing and mentoring a team of data analysts, developing and delivering high-impact reports and dashboards, partnering with the Core Data team to ensure robust BI platforms and ETL processes, and aligning analytics initiatives with North America and EMEA business priorities. The role requires strong data storytelling, governance, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance, RevOps, Customer Success, and GTM leadership, plus hands-on expertise in Python, SQL, and modern BI tools; a Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field is required, with MBA or Master’s in a related field bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field or related quantitative discipline
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analytics or related field
- At least 2 years of experience managing or leading high-performing analyst teams
