Job Summary
Advise CIOs, CEOs, and senior government leaders on technology strategies that enable business outcomes, growth, and risk mitigation. Lead hands-on consulting engagements to help clients modernize platforms, rationalize applications, migrate to cloud, and optimize cost and sourcing. Expand account portfolios and drive revenue growth through strategic relationship development and closing new opportunities. Coach and develop high-performing consultants while delivering benchmark-driven decisions on digital acceleration, AI enablement, and cybersecurity. Partner with Federal Civilian clients in energy, transportation, and health sectors to navigate legacy modernization and ecosystem complexity.
Required Qualifications
- A proven background in a well-regarded consulting firm
- Balancing client delivery and revenue generation
- Strong foundation in technology problem-solving (architecture, analytics, engineering, or strategy roles)
- Credibility across multiple IT domains—not just one 'lane'
- A track record of leading teams with a strong collaboration mindset
- Influencing executives, and delivering outcomes—not just recommendations
- Intellectual curiosity and the confidence to adapt Gartner's frameworks to each client's unique situation
- The stamina and presence to juggle multiple senior-level client priorities without losing focus or quality
