Job Summary
Plan and lead the implementation of direct-to-Corps Member In-Service experiences, mapping key moments in the participant journey and designing aligned learning agendas with subject-matter experts. Partner cross-functionally with regional and hub teams to ensure local contextualization, manage staffing plans, operations, and session materials, and facilitate design sprints to develop resources. Project manage the CPLE team toward milestones, provide staff training on program outcomes, and steward the vision for leadership development across the national network. Work weekends and evenings as necessary, with occasional travel, while balancing strategic direction and relationship management to influence stakeholders and optimize program capacity.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10 years of aligned experience
