Job Summary
Senior Managing Consultant for Property Engineer role at Marsh (Remote). Lead daily operations on client relationship projects, coordinate complex logistics and task assignments, and provide technically sound guidance on property risk from fire and related perils. Collaborate with client brokerage teams to drive outcomes and support business development; produce reports, plan review letters, and consultative client guidance meeting rigorous QA standards. Manage project work plans, budgets, and resources while maintaining client confidentiality and building long-term relationships. Requires a minimum of 5 years in risk management or property engineering, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, strong communication skills, and ability to work both independently and within a team; NFPA CPS credential is a preferred differentiator. Base salary range is $112,600 to $239,800, with potential incentives and a comprehensive rewards package.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in risk management or property engineering consulting
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in an Engineering discipline, preferably fire science, fire protection engineering technology, or fire protection engineering
- Strong written and oral communication skills with experience preparing professional or technical summaries
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Commitment to professional growth through continued education, certifications, and mentorship
