Job Summary
Senior Managing Consultant focusing on Organizational Change Management, acting as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve transformative results. Responsible for analyzing current business processes, identifying bottlenecks, recommending process changes and technology alignments, managing large-scale transformations, and ensuring stakeholder alignment and adoption. Collaborates with customers, project managers, and cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy process-driven solutions that drive measurable outcomes, with emphasis on governance, readiness, and executive communications. Travel to client sites is required twice a month.
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of experience leading large transformational changes
- Change management certifications: Prosci, ACMP, Kotter
- Strong ability to influence, collaborate and build relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams
