Job Summary
Massachusetts Licensed Site Professional (LSP) leadership role within Ramboll’s New England environment and health practice. Lead site investigations, risk assessments, and remediation planning for contaminated sites, coordinating with clients, regulators (MassDEP), and multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative environmental solutions. Drive project management, regulatory reporting, data interpretation, and stakeholder engagement while mentoring junior staff and contributing to business growth in the Massachusetts market.
Required Qualifications
- Massachusetts LSP license
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science, geology, engineering, or related field
- Extensive experience (typically 10+ years) in conducting site investigations and remediation projects
- Solid understanding of environmental regulations, guidelines, and best practices related to contaminated site cleanup in Massachusetts
- Proficiency in data analysis, risk assessment, and modeling techniques
- Excellent project management skills, including prioritization and multi-project management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients, regulatory agencies, and project teams
- Knowledge of environmental sampling techniques and laboratory analysis methods
- Familiarity with environmental software and tools used in site investigation/remediation
- Willingness to mentor and develop staff
