Senior/Managing Consultant: Chemical Regulatory

Job Summary
Senior/Managing Regulatory Consultant leading international regulatory team (10-15 staff) in global notification services; lead complex multi-client projects implementing new and developing chemical management regulations; provide in-depth regulatory knowledge on global regulations including EU REACH, UK REACH, K-REACH, KKDIK, TSCA; collaborate with scientific team to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients; deploy growth strategies with Business Unit Lead to align with corporate aims; oversee Project Management and Resource Allocation across the team; lead advocacy and thought leadership to support external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a team of international regulatory experts for a minimum of 5 years
- Strong working knowledge of global chemical supply chain regulations (EU/UK REACH, GHS, BPR, TSCA, Medical Devices)
- Excellent project management capabilities
- Demonstrable key account management experience
- Robust experience in enterprise & resource planning and change management
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with P&L or budgetary responsibility
- Experience in advocacy and thought leadership
