Job Summary
Senior Associate or Managing Associate in Corporate – Energy, Infrastructure and Real Asset Investment. Role involves leading transactions in energy, infrastructure and real estate assets (hotels, student accommodation, development assets, offices, etc.), handling cross-border investments, collaborating with sector teams (energy, infrastructure developer, Islamic finance), managing own transactions and client relationships, and actively engaging in business development including profile building and networking from the outset.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as a Senior Corporate Lawyer.
- Exposure to corporate transactions focused on energy, infrastructure or real estate assets.
- Exposure to cross-border transactions; Islamic finance or real asset investment funds is preferable but not essential.
