Job Summary
Senior Manager – Third Party Risk Management leads enterprise-wide TPRM activities across the supplier lifecycle (onboarding, due diligence, monitoring, offboarding), conducts risk assessments to identify and mitigate vendor-related risks, collaborates with Legal, Compliance, Information Security, Quality, and Procurement to embed TPRM into business processes, and establishes governance frameworks with KPIs/KRIs. The role involves monitoring supplier performance, supporting TPRM tools/systems, ensuring regulatory and internal policy compliance, supporting audit activities, tracking remediation actions, preparing risk reports for senior leadership, and driving continuous improvement. Leadership responsibilities include mentoring and developing team capabilities, with a strong emphasis on global, cross-functional collaboration in a regulated pharma/biotech context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 8–12+ years of experience in Third Party Risk Management, Risk, Compliance, or related areas
- Experience working in global environments and managing third-party risk programs
- Experience in pharma/biotech or regulated industries is an advantage
- Familiarity with TPRM tools or risk management platforms preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Fluency in English and ability to work in a global environment
- Proven experience in stakeholder management and influencing decision-making
- Prior experience in team leadership or mentoring roles is preferred
