Job Summary
Lead and deliver end-to-end finance transformation projects while identifying new business opportunities and driving sales on key accounts. Provide strategic insights to enhance clients' finance functions and build strong relationships to drive long-term value. Mentor junior consultants, contribute to team development, and stay current with industry trends to share knowledge across the practice. Work closely with group-level leaders in listed companies to transform finance operations, improve performance, and accelerate digitalization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Engineering or related field
- At least 5-15 years of experience as a management consultant
- Strong business acumen and proven sales track record in selling consulting services
- Extensive Project management experience and the ability to lead finance transformations
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with group management and shared service center (SSC) functions in listed companies
- Deep process knowledge in Record to Report, Source to Pay, and Order to Cash
- Familiarity with platforms such as SAP FICO and financial close & consolidation solutions
- Experience working with group-level or C-1 leaders in listed companies
- Strong understanding of Plan to Perform processes, ideally within the manufacturing sector
- Experience with EPM & FP&A platforms
