Job Summary
Senior Manager of Workplace & Facilities leads workplace experience, employee engagement programs, and daily operations across a 1M+ sq ft aerospace manufacturing campus. Responsibilities include overseeing office management, workplace services (janitorial, conference-room management, food/beverage programs, catering coordination, amenities), vendor partnerships, space planning and site activation, event programming (all-hands meetings, executive visits, employee appreciation events), and ensuring a safe, compliant, and engaging work environment. Collaborates with HR, Internal Communications, and Leadership to align engagement strategies with culture objectives. Manages contracts and vendor performance, supports budgeting and capital expenditure planning, and uses data analytics to drive continuous improvement. Requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred), 8+ years of relevant facilities/workplace experience, and 3+ years of leadership, with strong knowledge of building systems, compliance (OSHA/environmental/aerospace), and program design for employee experience. Nice-to-haves include advanced certifications (PMP, CCP, PSP), ERP/cost systems familiarity (SAP/Oracle/Procore), and dashboarding skills (Power BI/Tableau/Excel).
