Job Summary
Senior Manager, Workforce Productivity to lead a team responsible for strategy, engineering, architecture, adoption, and advanced support of the Microsoft-based workforce productivity ecosystem (Exchange, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, AI-enabled capabilities, and Simpplr). Drive platform roadmaps, governance, and integration with security/compliance; oversee migrations from legacy systems to modern Microsoft 365 standards; provide engineering leadership for backend infrastructure, incident escalation, and continuous improvement; partner with Service Delivery and business stakeholders to translate technical capabilities into user outcomes; lead adoption, training, and enablement programs to boost employee productivity; manage budgets and cross-functional collaboration across distributed teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience
- 10+ years of progressive IT experience
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical engineering, architecture, or platform teams
- Deep knowledge of Microsoft ecosystems: Exchange, Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive
- Experience leading engineering teams that support enterprise collaboration and productivity
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills with senior leadership
