Job Summary
Senior Manager, Workforce Planning responsible for leading end-to-end workforce planning across paid staff, volunteers, and contractors; develop headcount models, deployment strategies across venues, reporting, scheduling tools, and data governance; collaborate with Functional Areas to align workforce plans with recruitment, training, and operational delivery; manage data collection, validation, consolidation, and reporting; translate workforce plans into shift-based deployment; ensure data quality and governance across systems; extended computer use and travel to venue sites may be required; on-site in Los Angeles, CA; base salary $105,000-$140,000.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years proven experience in workforce planning, operations, and integration within major events, sports, entertainment, or large-scale organizations
- Experience leading cross-functional workforce strategies for paid staff, volunteers, and contractors
- Strong background in workforce technology systems
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute large-scale workforce plans
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, operations management, business administration, event management, or a related field, desired but not required, or equivalent work experience
