Senior Manager, Workforce Planning and Analytics

Job Summary
Lead strategic workforce planning and headcount forecasting, providing data-driven insights that enable better workforce decisions. Own and continuously improve the headcount planning process, driving automation, data quality, and operational excellence through tools such as Power BI, Power Automate, and other analytics solutions. Partner closely with HR, Finance, Rewards, and business leaders to translate workforce data into meaningful insights and recommendations that influence strategic decisions. Balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs while continuously identifying opportunities to improve the way we work. You will join a People Planning & Analytics team within the LEGO Group, where hybrid work is the norm with an average of three days per week in the office.
Required Qualifications
- Several years of relevant experience within strategic workforce planning in a complex global organisation
- Advanced workforce planning, forecasting and analytics expertise
- Ability to translate workforce data into business insights
- Proficient analytical skills
- Experience using Power BI
- Experience with advanced Excel
- Experience with data visualisation tools
- Proven ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Ability to navigate complexity and drive alignment
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills
- Ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations
