Job Summary
Senior Manager, Web Portfolio Lead – Asia Pacific is responsible for leading the delivery, localization, and ongoing evolution of Johnson & Johnson MedTech’s web presence across priority APAC markets—most notably Australia and New Zealand—while partnering with other markets to establish and integrate experiences into a unified global web platform. Serves as the primary APAC portfolio owner for the global web platform, overseeing site migrations, platform transitions, brand system adoption, and information architecture to translate regional requirements into scalable, compliant solutions. Partners with market teams (including Japan and South Korea) to scale experiences within the global platform, sequences launches and migrations, and ensures governance, accessibility, security, and performance standards are met. Reports to the Director, Global Web Portfolio & Delivery and collaborates with Brand, Digital, Legal, Regulatory, Privacy, and IT teams to deliver timely, data-driven results for APAC stakeholders.
