Job Summary
Senior Manager, Wealth Management Strategy leading initiatives to drive the Wealth Management growth strategy and implement best solutions; identify, research, analyze, recommend, and execute solutions to drive business impact; collaborate with partners across global Wealth and enterprise; establish subject matter expertise; challenge the status quo; drive revenue generation, cost efficiencies, and improved client experience; lead complex projects, facilitate problem solving, conduct analyses, and present findings to influence executives; contribute to team development and professional growth; supported by a comprehensive rewards program and opportunities across geographies.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in a management consulting environment
- wealth management, banking and/or financial industry experience
- Data analysis, insights, and financial modelling experience
- Stakeholder & relationship management experience
- Strong communication and storyboarding skills
- Project management disciplines including time, resource, and scope management
- Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree (MBA, finance, engineering, or science)
- Additional designations (CPA, CFA, Agile, Lean and Six Sigma)
- Familiar with core banking and wealth management products and financial instruments
