Senior Manager, WASH Services (Asia Regional Focus)

Job Summary
Develop and execute a regional strategy for water, sanitation, and hygiene services across Asia, overseeing planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of training, consulting, and technical support programs. Lead a high-performing team through coaching, performance management, and succession planning while building strong relationships with government agencies, NGOs, funders, and sector leaders to expand the Training Partner network. Champion data-driven decision-making by monitoring regional trends and leveraging insights to strengthen local organizational capacity and impact. Collaborate with the Global Services Leadership Team to share best practices and advance cross-functional initiatives that enhance CAWST's global reach.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in engineering, sciences, public health or other relevant discipline
- 10+ years of experience implementing Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene programs, with experience delivering training and capacity development services
- 3 + years of team management experience
- Fluency or proficiency in French, Spanish, Arabic or any local languages in the region
- Valid Canadian work authorization
- Must be able to work on location in our Calgary office
- International travel of minimum 7 weeks per year
