Job Summary
Forecasting & Replenishment: Build direct relationships with Walmart's Replenishment Managers to flag DC/store-level risks and align on CPFR cadence. Lead bi-weekly demand planning for Walmart using NOVA, Scintilla, and internal tools. Own OTIF, fill-rate, and in-stock performance through daily scorecard tracking, store monitoring, and root-cause analysis. Partner with Finance on S&OP inputs and revenue forecast accuracy. Manage Retail Link, Scintilla, and SP1 account administration, including item setup and markdown proposal structuring. Order to Cash: Monitor PO intake and EDI health (850/855/810), handling fill/kill decisions and invoice/ASN triage. Partner with Finance on deduction resolution and chargeback coding. Support cash application accuracy and identify unbilled revenue opportunities. This full-time role reports to the Head of Mass Channel in Bentonville, AR, with a base salary of $120,000 to $150,000.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in CPG supply chain, retail operations, or order-to-cash functions
- Direct Walmart account experience
- Deep fluency in Walmart's operational systems: NOVA, Scintilla, Retail Link, Supplier One, Item 360, OTIF/SQEP, High Radius, APDP, and EDI/VAN
- Strong financial acumen
- Highly analytical skills
- Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent workstreams
- Effective relationship builder and communicator
- Self-starter who takes ownership
- Bentonville-based or willing to relocate
- Regular presence near Walmart's home office is required

- Experience with markdown management across line extensions and modular resets
- Experience with Item setup and maintenance across Item 360, Supplier One, and GDSN
- Experience with Retail Link, Scintilla, and SP1 account administration
- Experience with PO intake and order management via EDI (850/855/810)
- Experience with invoice and ASN triage
- Experience with deduction coding support and supply-chain context for dispute filing
- Experience with allowance discrepancies and ERP-to-Walmart A/R matching
- Experience identifying unbilled revenue / overage rebilling opportunities
- Experience partnering on deduction resolution and markdown economics
- Experience with cash flow visibility across supply chain decisions
- Experience diagnosing root causes and building structured processes
- Experience translating data into clear operational actions
- Experience working fluidly with Sales, Finance, and Operations stakeholders
- Experience working with external Walmart replenishment contacts
- Experience operating with urgency in a fast-paced, lean team environment
- Experience driving outcomes without perfect resources
