Job Summary
Senior Manager, Vx Data Governance and Enablement leads the suite of products essential to the U.S. Vaccines data strategy, including governance councils, data education materials, and data access via self-service tools like Tableau. Drives data standards, quality, and compliance while enabling analytics maturity and adoption of AI capabilities across the Vaccines organization. Partners with DSM, PAI, Digital, and third-party vendors to advance data-driven decision making, with responsibilities spanning data education/training, governance, stewardship, and enablement. Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and translating business needs into actionable data strategies; requires experience in data strategy, data management, and commercial analytics within biopharma/healthcare, plus proven leadership and communication skills. Preferred: experience building scalable, multi-brand data solutions, Agile methods, and working with data vendors; proficiency with SharePoint, Tableau Site administration, data governance tooling, and data platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Operations Research, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Programming or relevant fields
- 9+ years of relevant experience in Data strategy, Data management, and/or Commercial analytics
- Deep understanding of data types/sources for vaccines analytics
- Robust knowledge of data integration and data model design
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across business/technical teams
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication; ability to translate business needs into data strategies
- Experience partnering with Digital/IT to implement robust data solutions
