Job Summary
Senior Manager, Visa Consulting and Analytics will lead consulting engagements for Visa clients in the Georgian market, focusing on digital growth and profitability in clients’ card payment ecosystems. Responsibilities include analyzing client needs using VISA and external data, developing country plans with Country Managers and Account Executives, securing funding for consulting projects, pitching and securing new engagements, delivering consulting projects, resolving complex strategic problems, managing project structures and external consultants, coordinating with product and marketing teams to ensure a seamless client experience, delivering client training programs, and coordinating with global practice areas to share best practices. The role involves managing budgets and resources, liaising with finance, legal, tax, and sourcing teams, maintaining a sales pipeline, and traveling domestically and internationally as required. The position is hybrid with in-office days to be confirmed by the hiring manager. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience dealing with business problems in relevant fields such as analytics, business consulting, or data-driven functions
- Bachelor’s degree in quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operational Research, Computer Science, Economics, etc.
- Post graduate degree with strong technical experiences strongly preferred
- Prior experience in consulting / advisory services (Big 3/4/Boutiques) is a very strong advantage
- Excellent communication, story-telling and presentation skills
- Exceptional structuring analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to process and summarize large amounts of data into key strategic insights
- Analytics experience in credit risk modelling is preferred but not required
- Strong team player with a willingness to collaborate across levels and functional experts both internal to Visa and with the client
- Experienced project management skills, both from an individual perspective but also with respect to managing team and client expectations and deliverables
- Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt
- A background in payments, financial institutions or consumer lending a plus
- Willingness to travel domestic and international assignments
