Job Summary
Senior Manager, Visa Consulting and Analytics leads digital and AI advisory efforts across Carcam, building and guiding digital evolution strategies, crafting implementation roadmaps, and overseeing multiple workstreams to deliver AI-enabled digital solutions. The role requires managing client engagements, developing go-to-market strategies with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to security and ethical AI policies, and scaling the digital practice through standardization and collaboration across global markets. The position is a hybrid role based in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required or higher
- 8+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 5+ years with an Advanced Degree, or 2+ years with a PhD
- 8+ years of relevant experience in financial services, payments, consulting or similar
- Significant experience in managing Digital and AI products or projects
- Knowledge of platforms and technologies of AI
- Strong analytical skills and experience with agile methodologies and PM frameworks
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and leadership across large organizations
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
