Job Summary
Proactively identify client needs by monitoring emerging digital industry trends and maintaining open communication with all stakeholders. Lead consulting projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality deliverables, on time and within budget. Utilize data analytics to discern industry trends and consumer behavior, providing meaningful insights for decision-making and strategy formation. Contribute to the successful implementation of the company's strategy in the Brazilian market and collaborate with functional teams to ensure cohesive strategy and holistic project implementation. Support the creation of scalable go-to-market methodologies and act as a driving force for digital transformation. Visa requires at least 3 days in office, with expectations confirmed by the Hiring Manager. This Senior Manager role within the Visa Consulting and Analytics practice drives tangible, impactful results for clients across issuers, acquirers, merchants, fintechs, and governments.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years above experience in Payment Industry, Consulting, Strategy, or Financial institutions
- Team player with agile focus
- Passionate, self-motivated, results oriented individual with the ability to handle numerous projects concurrently
- Problem solving ability with strategic focus on influencing incremental growth
- Understanding of card and payment P&L and critical factors driving profitability
- Strong analytical skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor
- Strong team leadership skills with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style, able to work effectively in a matrixed organization
- Fully bi-lingual (English and Portuguese)
- Visa requires at least 3 days in office
