Job Summary
Senior Manager in Valuations leading valuation governance across unlisted assets (Infrastructure, Private Equity, Private Credit). You will lead valuation activities across a large portfolio, partner with investment teams and stakeholders, manage valuation processes and external valuers, develop and implement valuation policies and control frameworks, contribute to board and committee reporting, and develop a high-performing team aligned to the Fund’s objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in valuations within professional services, valuation firms or institutional investing environments
- Strong technical valuation capability and experience analysing complex financial information
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, projects and competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to develop teams
- Tertiary qualifications in Commerce or a related discipline
