Job Summary
Lead the Maintenance and Utility Engineering teams to execute site-wide maintenance, calibrations, and utility operations in a safe, compliant manner. Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, coordinate utility shutdowns, and oversee asset health programs to maximize equipment uptime. Direct the development of apprentices and technicians while implementing Six Sigma tools for root cause analysis and continuous improvement. Ensure all work aligns with cGMP regulations, supports business continuity planning, and drives performance against strategic objectives.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 15 years' experience in the bio-pharmaceutical industry
- strong technical, management and/or maintenance experience
- A high level of initiative, energy, and motivation
- excellent leadership and organizational skills
- effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Sound technical knowledge of design of biotech facilities including process, equipment, piping and other key design disciplines
Desired Qualifications
- A relevant third level qualification in Science, Engineering or related discipline
