Senior Manager, User Research

Senior Manager of User Research to lead and scale research across one or more Strategic Product and Technology Organizations (STOs). You will ensure research drives product decisions, reduce risk, and shape long-term User Strategy that informs product vision and roadmapping. This role is not a study-management position; you will produce actionable, insights-driven strategy and partner with Product, Design, and Engineering leadership to determine what to learn, when, and how it informs decisions. Responsibilities include leading a team of senior researchers, setting expectations for insight quality and impact, ensuring research outputs influence roadmaps, accelerating synthesis with AI, and shaping direction rather than validating late-stage work. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, clear problem framing, and the ability to translate research into measurable product and business imperatives in a fast-paced environment.
