Senior Manager, US Home Care Marketing

Job Summary
Launch digital campaigns and landing pages for Veterans to drive conversion, while managing Marketo programs including segmentation, dynamic content, and lead scoring tailored for the VA care ecosystem. Analyze campaign effectiveness to inform behavior changes and partner with government sales teams to support VISN and VAMC awareness journeys. Lead e-commerce strategy across Amazon and Walmart, optimizing SEO/SEM and product feeds to minimize channel conflict. Develop resources for DME channel growth, including partner enablement and compliant claims documentation, while tracking claims acceptance rates and denial reasons. Collaborate across marketing teams to execute clinician campaigns and establish multi-touch attribution reporting. Full-time in-office role in Covington, GA; requires 4+ days onsite presence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 5 years' work experience in commercial roles
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, with emphasis on Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word
- Must have strong presentation and writing skills
- Ability to communicate complex concepts to varied cross-functional audiences effectively
- Experience managing large amounts of data, including collecting, compiling, and analyzing statistical information from internal and external databases
- Travel required (10-20%)
- Position will be full-time
- This role is an in-office role based in the Covington, GA office
- Minimum of 4 days of in-office presence per week
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
