Job Summary
Senior Manager, US Donation Management and Allocation leads donor-intent capture, fundraising attribution, and programmatic allocation for private gifts in the US, driving data quality and real-time decision support. Responsible for gift processing standards and vendor relationships, guiding cross-functional collaboration with Finance/BizOps, and overseeing a team of 5 to ensure accurate data input, reconciliation, and reporting. Plays a key role in process improvement, data governance, and ensuring PCI/compliance across systems while aligning with fundraising strategy and market priorities. The role may involve remote work; salary range is $88,000–$110,000, with compensation influenced by location, experience, and skills.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years’ direct experience with gift processing for a medium/large not-for-profit organization
- 4+ years supervisory experience leading a team
- Experience managing vendor relationships and improving productivity of external vendors and consultants
- Demonstrated skills in fundraising systems, data integrity, quality control, financial controls and audits, and privacy/compliance
- Strong experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM; proficiency with Excel; SQL experience a plus
- Ability to translate broad strategic vision into concrete objectives; ability to respond quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Commitment to confidentiality of donor and internal information
- Passion for IRC’s mission
Desired Qualifications
