Senior Manager-US Accounting

Conduct calculation, analysis, and reporting of financial results in compliance with applicable standards and regulatory requirements. Deliver accounting services and processing activities while assessing and adapting execution to ensure quality. Act as a trusted advisor to interpret accounting changes, assess impacts on financial results, and support implementation of process and control change requirements. Provide strategic input into business decisions, make recommendations related to policy and strategy, and analyze data to offer financial performance insights for consolidated statements. Liaise with internal and external auditors and regulators to address issues and provide necessary information. Execute work to deliver timely, accurate reporting for management and statutory purposes, integrating information from multiple sources to streamline processes. This role operates at a group/enterprise-wide level, fostering a culture aligned to BMO's purpose and values.
