Job Summary
Lead the roadmap and adoption of the SigniFi AI Engineering Platform to drive AI-enabled software development across SAP S/4HANA Finance, BTP, Treasury, and enterprise applications. Build and enhance AI agents supporting functional design, code generation, testing, and quality assurance while partnering with Product Owners, Enterprise Architecture, and Data teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions. Establish engineering standards, AI governance, and best practices for AI-assisted development, then lead global engineering teams to mentor technical talent and foster continuous innovation. Evaluate emerging AI technologies to incorporate new capabilities into the platform, aiming to transform Finance Technology toward an AI-first engineering organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of experience leading enterprise software engineering or SAP technology teams
- Experience delivering SAP Finance solutions, including S/4HANA and SAP BTP
- Strong understanding of AI-assisted software development, Agile methodologies, and DevSecOps practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
- Location in New Brunswick or Raritan, NJ
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, or AI engineering platforms
- SAP certifications or cloud platform experience
- Experience in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or other regulated industries
