Job Summary
Senior Manager of Digital Asset & Treasury Operations responsible for the integrity, settlement, and movement of over $1 trillion in annual transaction volume. Architect the liquidity infrastructure by optimizing liquidity across wallets, exchanges, and bank accounts, and leading on-chain settlement and custody (MPC, Multi-sig). Drive Operational Excellence through Treasury-as-Code automation, identify friction points, and collaborate with Engineering/Product to increase efficiency and accuracy. Develop and enforce control policies in line with global regulatory expectations, and balance short-term capabilities with long-term needs, including investment strategies for cash and digital assets. Build automated dashboards and KPIs to monitor treasury health and operational velocity, with a 24/7 global operations context. Lead a high-visibility leadership role at the intersection of Finance, Product, and Engineering.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15+ years of experience
- Background in tier-1 banking is a must
- Crypto experience is preferred
- Operational excellence in 24/7 institutional client support
- Experience with on-chain settlement, custody, and treasury operations
- Ability to develop and enforce risk frameworks and policies
- Proven ability to build automated dashboards and KPIs
