Senior Manager - Treasury, Taxation & Reporting

Oversees financial close (IGAAP/IFRS), tax filings (GST, TDS, income tax), regulatory filings (FEMA/RBI), treasury and working capital, statutory audits, and governance. Serves as primary finance custodian ensuring audit-readiness, financial integrity, and adherence to regulatory requirements; leads cross-functional teams and collaborates with auditors, ensuring timely deliverables and quality reporting. Key skills include IFRS/IGAAP, GST/TDS compliance, transfer pricing documentation, cash management, OneStream and Odoo systems, and strong leadership with proactive risk and stakeholder management.
