Senior Manager, Treasury Operations COE leads the global execution and control environment for treasury transactions, including payments, settlements, intercompany netting, and operational reconciliation. Drives operational excellence through standardization, exception-based management, and robust control discipline across a high-volume, multi-ERP, multi-bank environment, transitioning from manual processing to an exception-based model. Oversees timely, accurate execution of payments and settlements, maintains strong control discipline including break resolution and transaction monitoring, implements a risk-based monitoring framework to detect anomalies and mitigate fraud, standardizes workflows for complex treasury instruments, and partners with Risk, Compliance, and business segments to improve governance and upstream process quality.
