Job Summary
Senior Manager, Transformation Impact Assurance leads a broad portfolio of cross-functional transformation initiatives within Retail Banking, Commercial & Business Banking, Operations & Auto Finance, and enterprise priorities in Canada. The role partners with business teams to execute an end-to-end impact assurance framework—from concept and business case through rollout to steady-state operations—defining adoption and performance indicators, monitoring readiness and stabilization, surfacing operational risks and resistance, validating business-case impact, and capturing lessons learned to strengthen playbooks and tools. Responsibilities include enabling consistent use of transformation playbooks and tools, operating with autonomy to drive multi-function outcomes, modeling the bank's risk culture, and supporting robust controls related to operational risk, regulatory compliance, AML/ATF, and conduct risk. The position requires post-secondary education or five years of relevant financial services experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office. Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education or minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Financial Services or related industry
- General knowledge of financial products and services
- Demonstrated ability to champion change and influence outcomes without direct authority
- Strong communication (written and verbal) and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- High degree of discretion and judgment in establishing priorities and interpreting data and instructions
