Job Summary
Senior Manager, Transfer Pricing to join Sandoz' Global Tax function in Hyderabad. The role spans both operational and strategic transfer pricing work, including coordinating Master File/Local File/ CbCR documentation, monitoring intercompany transactions, and ensuring compliance across multiple jurisdictions. Responsibilities cover design and implementation of transfer pricing models for new business structures, APA negotiations and transfer pricing audits, support for restructurings and acquisitions from a TP perspective, monitoring OECD/BEPS developments, and acting as a trusted advisor to local finance and business teams. Requires extensive experience in TP, BEPS/Action 13 documentation, APA exposure, cross-border multi-jurisdictional work, and strong communication and leadership skills.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Transfer Pricing, combining Big 4 with in-house MNC exposure
- Strong technical foundation across the full transfer pricing spectrum: documentation, benchmarking, controversy, and planning
- Hands-on experience with BEPS Action 13 documentation requirements and multi-jurisdiction compliance
- Exposure to APA processes and tax authority interactions across major jurisdictions
- Ability to work independently in a global matrix environment, managing multiple stakeholders across time zones
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; ability to synthesize complex issues clearly for non-tax audiences
- Exceptional influencing, communication, and relationship-building skills in matrixed environments
- Demonstrated leadership experience with cross-functional teams
- Advanced degree in law, Economics, Finance, or Accounting (LLM, MSc, MBA or equivalent)
