Job Summary
Senior Manager sought to join Baker Tilly’s Transaction Advisory Service team within Financial Advisory Services. Lead due diligence and quality of earnings analyses, conduct research and financial analysis of target companies, perform buy-side and sell-side due diligence, and deliver high-quality client service. Responsibilities include data gathering, document review, preparing QofE reports, client communications, participating in marketing and recruiting activities, and supporting the growth and development of the team. Opportunity to advance within the transaction advisory group, with emphasis on networking, leadership development, and professional growth through firm programs. The role requires executive-level interaction with clients, strong analytical and modeling skills in Excel, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years in a large accounting firm in audit, financial advisory, or transaction service lines
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related
- CPA certification preferred
