Job Summary
Senior Manager, Total Rewards leads compensation strategy and program execution for the U.S. and Canada, partnering with HR, finance, and business leaders to deliver competitive, equitable pay practices. Responsibilities include advising on base pay decisions, leading end-to-end compensation processes, governance of incentive programs and wage increases, conducting job evaluations and role leveling, and developing data-driven insights using dashboards and analytics to inform decision-making. Requires strong analytics, data storytelling, proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Power BI or Qlik), experience with HR systems (Workday), knowledge of FLSA and pay equity/transparency, and ability to influence senior stakeholders across a multinational organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation, total rewards, or closely related analytical roles, or 5+ years with an advanced degree
- Experience supporting compensation programs within a large, multinational, matrixed organization
- Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, exercise sound judgment, and operate effectively in a demanding environment with multiple priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills, with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik
- Experience working with HR systems such as Workday and market benchmarking surveys
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and Canadian compensation practices, including FLSA, pay equity, and pay transparency considerations
- Preferred: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation (or progress toward certification)
