Job Summary
ServiceRocket is seeking a Senior Manager of Total Rewards and HR Operations to lead and optimize global compensation strategies, workforce planning, and HR technology management. This senior-level role involves managing a team while executing complex data analysis and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of progressive experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, Workforce Planning, or HR Analytics
- At least 3-5 years in a people management role
- Demonstrated experience in HR compliance and audit management related to pay equity, data privacy, and labor laws
- Demonstrated ability to be hands-on with complex data modeling
- Proven experience managing an HRIS in an administrative or ownership capacity
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CCP, WLCP) is a strong plus
- Proven experience in a global environment
- Expertise in designing multi-country compensation structures
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial and people concepts
