Job Summary
Senior Manager, Tooling & Enablement drives the roadmap and implementation of governance tooling for Data & AI governance, aligning tooling across data cataloging, metadata management, lineage, data quality, privacy, and AI governance to enable auditable, trusted data use. Key responsibilities include evaluating and selecting tools with Global Technology Engineering, enabling adoption through training and enablement campaigns, delivering documentation and user support, ensuring integration across platforms, and establishing operating models with measurable KPIs for tooling effectiveness and governance outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 6+ years in IT, data governance, data management, or enterprise tooling strategy
- Experience with tool evaluation, selection, implementation, and optimization of data and/or AI governance tooling
- Understanding of governance controls, regulatory expectations and audit requirements
- Experience with platforms supporting data cataloging, metadata, lineage, data quality, and/or AI governance
- Strong stakeholder management, training, enablement, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive enterprise tooling adoption and operationalization
- Experience defining and tracking tooling KPIs, usage and control effectiveness
