Job Summary
Senior Manager in Tenant Representation role responsible for proactively initiating business development with existing and new clients, assisting the Department Head in designing and implementing business plans, maintaining strong client relationships, creating marketing materials and client lists, keeping an up-to-date client database, managing transactions, and coordinating with internal and external parties for property transactions. Requires at least five years of commercial real estate leasing experience (Shanghai or mature markets), a strong real estate market track record, and excellent communication/interpersonal skills. Required Qualifications
