Job Summary
Lead the delivery of complex cyber security, technology risk, and resilience engagements, including risk assessments, IT audits, control assurance, and governance reviews while providing technical oversight of outcomes. Manage engagement scope, budgets, timelines, and resourcing, and support business development activities through proposals and statements of work. Develop practical mitigation strategies, improvement roadmaps, and management reporting for senior stakeholders. Build strong client relationships, identify needs, and coach team members on performance and quality. Contribute to the growth of the Perth Technology Risk and Cyber Security practice through market engagement and service development.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a similar role within professional services, consulting or industry
- Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification
- Demonstrated experience leading cyber security, technology risk, IT audit, control assurance, risk management and resilience engagements
- Familiarity with a range of cyber security, technology risk, resilience frameworks, standards and regulatory requirements
- Experience building and managing client relationships, developing opportunities and supporting business growth
- Strong commercial and engagement management skills, including scope, budget, resourcing, quality and risk management
- Experience managing, coaching and developing team members, including performance development and quality review

- Relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP, SABSA, ISO27001, PRINCE2 etc.)
