Job Summary
Lead the strategic design and delivery of a technology risk and compliance roadmap for Qantas, including AI/automation integration, to enable proactive risk management and reporting; build and lead a small Risk & Compliance Analytics team and partner with Cyber, Audit, Privacy, Legal, and Technology Leadership to drive accountability and timely closure of obligations.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in technology risk, compliance, or related IT domain
- 3+ years in a senior or lead role with accountability for risk or compliance programs
- Experience designing and implementing risk and compliance tracking frameworks or programs at scale
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Practical experience with AI and automation in risk/compliance
- Data-driven reporting for senior/executive audiences
- Understanding of PCI DSS, Privacy, Cyber, internal audit frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience
