Senior Manager - Technical Program Management

Senior Manager - Technical Program Management responsible for overseeing and executing the operational framework for cloud infrastructure, performance engineering, and scalability programs across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and the Salesforce platform. Drive strategic initiatives such as Hyperforce (AWS/GCP) deployments, lead performance optimization programs, and manage cross-cloud technical programs. Collaborate with product and engineering leaders to manage programs and releases impacting customer trust, platform reliability, and system scalability. Communicate with Executive Leadership and stakeholders; demonstrate ownership of risk management and decision-making. Key duties include structuring programs, aligning scope and objectives, leading core-team meetings, driving business outcomes, building partnerships with functional stakeholders, advising senior leadership, coordinating cloud migrations and performance testing, instrumenting telemetry and dashboards, managing dependencies across teams, removing impediments, delivering weekly program reviews, and fostering AI-native workflows. Requires extensive experience in enterprise program leadership with cloud infrastructure/scale, strong executive communication, data fluency, and a deep understanding of SDLC, CI/CD, and performance/regression testing in a cross-functional, multi-geo environment. Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Computer Science or related discipline (or equivalent). Preferred qualifications include Hyperforce/multi-cloud deployments and a background in performance engineering, with an emphasis on guiding prioritization under ambiguity and contributing to the TPM community.
