Job Summary
Senior Manager, Technical Program Management for Autodesk's AEC Construction segment, leading a globally distributed TPM organization across North America, EMEA, and APAC. Drive adoption of AI-enabled software delivery practices, scale TPM coverage, and govern TPM portfolio including request intake, prioritization, capacity management, and risk mitigation. Collaborate with senior Engineering, Product, platform, Trust, and enterprise stakeholders to ensure TPM work delivers measurable business value and aligns with strategic priorities. Define and track TPM impact metrics, improve intake/reporting, and elevate the TPM function from coordination to strategic execution. Qualifications include a bachelor’s or higher degree and 15+ years in technical program management with 5+ years in leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields
- At least 15 years in technical program management within software or construction sectors
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing diverse teams
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
